  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • Cancellations will stop future charges but do not provide refunds for past payments.

  • If you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle

  • Fees related to SMS, email, or other communication credits are non-refundable.

  • Any unused wallet balance at the time of cancellation must be requested for refund within 30 days. After that, the balance is forfeited.
